I was out of rehab for the 3rd time in 2 years and relapsing again with a broken liver but a counsellor I signed up for months ago finally called me to arrange something and she really clicked with me and it saved me.

My pets. 17 years ago i was very depressed. Besides going to work i didn't do much of anything. Ate very little and ended up losing 50 pounds. But i knew i had to keep going taking care of my dogs, cats, ducks, and my African Grey Parrot.

Unsweet tea all day everyday
I lightly sweet normal tea, chamomile tea I drink straight, 2 bags per cup. Good for anxiety.
