It is not a coincidence that
@monique responded to the idiots who complain about "anti-Semitism" on the RG podcast and not any of the other ISM's that were a part of the Stern show and not NEARLY as much a part of the Radiogunk show.
I'm going to say it, because somebody has to say it. I don't expect a response to this post because of the backlash people who agree with me will get. I just want to show the big picture here for people who don't see it yet.
You simply cannot do an honest, interesting, non-PC critical podcast of the Stern show without being called "anti-Semitic", because the Stern Universe is so inherently Semitic.
Beside the fact that Howard has Jewish parents who sent him to Hebrew school: Stern's first radio show was the The King Schmaltz Bagel Hour. Howard's radio bosses, from Bill Savitt at WCCC to Mel Karmazin at Infinity to Leon Black, the man who hired Stern at Sirius, are predominantly Jewish. Stern's direct radio staff have had TV segments done about how predominantly Jewish they are and even the E! Show leaders like Einziger, Radzinski and Goodstein and last remaining H100 newspeople like Lisa G, Jon Leiberman and Shuli were Jewish. Stern's childhood friends such as Dr. Lou Weinstein, the people Howard employs (agent Don Buchwald, assistant Laura Lackner and driver Ronnie), the people who tutor Howard (Marci Turk, and even his grilling instructor Steven Raichlen), the writer of his books, Ratso Sloman, the people Howard promotes such as Lonnie from Scores, Dr Keith Ablow, Dr. Agus, IQ test guy Dr. David Sitt, are predominantly Jewish. Howard considers the "best time of his life" to be when he went to a Jewish Summer camp. The only childhood friend of Howard's RG got on the podcast was a Rabbi. Howard married a Jewish woman and one of his children became Orthodox. Some of the prominent non-Jewish staff members, Fred and Stuttering John, married Jewish women who were heavily discussed on the show. Howard surrounds himself with Jewish men like Wayne Segal and Zoss Rapin and gets close to celebrities like Matt Lauer and Billy Joel. Wack Packers and regular guests include High Pitch Eric, Jeff the Vomit Guy Levy, The Jesus Twins, Melrose Larry, Marfan Mike, Elegant Elliot, etc. If Radiogunk made a list of all the people surrounding Howard Stern's history and daily life, it would read like the end credits of Fiddler on the Roof. I'm sure I'm missing many other names here.
Even the man who wrote Howard's favorite book Monique mentioned today is a Jewish man named Greene.
What's more, everything the RG podcast, or any podcast that criticizes this show, inevitably does so in a way that parallel so-called "anti-Semitic stereotypes" such as: Howard's hatred of his father and obsession with his mother, Howard's obsession with his childhood, Howard pushing therapy on others, Howard's litigiousness, Howard's neurotic behavior, Howard's dismissal of his children in favor of his career, Howard's refusal to pay his staff, Howard's extreme paranoia, Howard's feelings of physical inadequacy, Howard's narcissism, Howard's obsession with humiliating others, Howard's marble hoarding, Howard's propensity for revenge no matter how long time passes, Howard's fixation on anal humor, Howard's focus on graphic sex talk, Howard's constant lying, Howard's duplicity, Howard switching from Conservatism to Liberalism as it suits him, Howard's constant re-inventing of his image, Howard hiding/downplaying his Jewishness, Howard brazenly showing his free pass to mock Jewishness to benefit his show with games like Guess The ***, Howard obsessing over Arabs and Nazis, Howard being an ardent Zionist whenever Israel is brought up on the show, Howard hiding his rhinoplasty, Howard hiding information about his true wealth, etc.
There is so much inherent Jewishness in the Stern Universe that you can't really ignore said Jewishness without looking stupid and by criticizing this Stern Universe, you're going to be called "anti-Semitic" no matter what. The only way to be avoid being called this is to heap praise upon this show, which is dishonest and pointless.
So yeah, anybody who calls RG, or any podcast that criticizes the Stern show "anti-Semitic" can be ignored.
