Even better yet a couple times I've told amazon that their product sucks so bad over the phone that they just tell me to keep it and that they were going to refund my money

They let me keep a toaster oven b/c I didn't choose 'have ups box it' on the return.

It would have cost like $30 I didn't realize they wouldn't take it in the regular box.

It was really surprising I wound up just giving it away.

I think Amazon makes something like one and a half billion dollars a day when it comes to resources it's probably just cheaper to let people keep shit..

Knowing that making the customer happy will get them to spend more fucking money

Would prefer to get a credit card credit when returning something, as opposed to having it go to your gift card balance.
