Lethbridge is the potato capital of Canada. Total shithole. I’ve been there a few times, many years ago.
Seems like they named it 'Flock' to shove it in your face that you're a sheep being corralled by surveillance

Certainly possible as those stem cell sucking demons do like rubbing our downfall in our faces , but I took it more as it's a flock of birds.
Ok but 'flock' isn't really used to describe all groups of birds even if it technically applies
Birds have specific group names flock does apply to seagulls I guess (lol) but you'd call it a 'murder' of crows etc.
When someone says flock you think of sheep

Depends on the person I guess, as soon as I heard the word I went to birds and sheep didn't even pass my mind until you mentioned it.
Also I know different birds have different descriptive words but realistically most people in normal day to day conversation are just gonna say flock for anytjing
I guess you'd definitely say a flock of geese
Maybe I'm hallucinating flock does seem to be pretty common for birds
