If somebody with a wife/children dies without a will, the wife/children will inherit through intestate succession. I don't have a will yet, but my parents are still alive, so they would inherit through intestate succession. I am planning on leaving my stuff to my cousins after my parents die.
I would throw him like 10k, but I am very fit and healthy so I will probably outlive him. Same goes for @blairg and @Kelliejean

My son gets everything and I'm so suspicious that I have copies everywhere just in case somebody gets smart or something..

Yes, everything to my daughter. Most of my stuff, she probably wouldn’t want, so I told her to just sell it. I might start selling some of my collections off when I get older so she doesn’t have to feel guilty about doing it.
